Job Responsibilities

This is What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive operational audits at company facilities across Europe, the United States, and Asia Pacific
  • Engage in all stages of financial and operational audits and project support
  • Communicate audit findings and results to business partners
  • Review and evaluate internal controls and performance metrics to enhance compliance and efficiency
  • Support global forensic audits and special investigations
  • Build relationships across all organizational levels to drive change and help achieve company goals
  • Participate in process improvement teams as a controls consultant
  • Assess business processes and provide valuable recommendations to management
  • Assist in developing solutions for business needs
  • Deliver clear communications to business owners and executive management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of audit or business experience
  • Professional certifications: CIA, CPA, or CRMA preferred
  • Public accounting firm experience is highly valued
  • Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge of internal audit standards, COSO, risk management, and business process consulting
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Team player who thrives in international collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international travel
