Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive operational audits at Dematic facilities across Europe, the United States, and Asia Pacific.
- Engage in all stages of financial and operational audits, including planning, fieldwork, and project support.
- Communicate preliminary results and present audit findings to business partners.
- Review and evaluate internal controls and performance metrics to increase compliance and efficiency.
- Assist with worldwide forensic audits and special investigations.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate change and support management in achieving company objectives.
- Participate in process improvement teams and appraise business processes to draft value-added recommendations.
- Develop solutions to identified business needs and provide meaningful communications to business owners and executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of audit experience (internal or external) or related business experience (Accounting) preferred.
- Professional certifications: CIA, CPA, or CRMA preferred.
- Experience with a public accounting firm is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify potential improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of internal audit standards, COSO, risk management, and business process improvement/consulting.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A team player with international collaboration experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%, including international locations.
