Key Responsibilities:
Your Role Will Involve:
- Conducting thorough operational assessments at various company locations across Europe, the United States, and Asia Pacific
- Participating in all phases of financial and operational evaluations and project assistance
- Presenting audit conclusions and insights to stakeholders
- Analyzing and appraising internal controls and performance indicators to improve compliance and operational efficiency
- Assisting in global forensic evaluations and specialized inquiries
- Fostering relationships across all levels of the organization to facilitate change and support corporate objectives
- Engaging in process enhancement teams as a controls advisor
- Evaluating business operations and offering constructive recommendations to leadership
- Contributing to the development of solutions tailored to business requirements
- Delivering clear and concise communications to business leaders and executive teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in auditing or business operations
- Preferred professional certifications: CIA, CPA, or CRMA
- Experience in public accounting firms is highly regarded
- Strong analytical capabilities to pinpoint areas for improvement
- Familiarity with internal audit standards, COSO framework, risk management, and business process consulting
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- A collaborative team player who excels in international teamwork
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Multilingual proficiency is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international assignments
