Als Head of Sales leiten Sie den deutschlandweiten Vertrieb unserer Treppenlifte und sind für die Entwicklung, Optimierung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Vertriebsstrategie verantwortlich. Diese ist eng mit den Unternehmens-Wachstumszielen abgestimmt.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Deutschlandweiter Vertrieb unserer Treppenlifte
- Entwicklung und Optimierung der Vertriebsstrategie
- Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie
- Abteilungsübergreifende Projekte für den Bereich Vertrieb
- Proaktive Initiativen für den Bereich Vertrieb
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Business Development, PreSales und Geschäftsleitung
- Starke, werteorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit
- Hohe Durchsetzungs- und Entscheidungsstärke
- Charismatisches Auftreten und Fähigkeit, auf den Punkt zu kommen
- Rhetorik und Schlagfertigkeit
- Vertriebliches Mindset und mindestens 10-jährige Erfahrung im (Premium) Direktvertrieb
