About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and supporting sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Assist customers with purchases, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Support sales efforts by promoting products, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team dynamic
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
