About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our Digital Solutions Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their preferences, to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Currently studying marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
