Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and documentation of our sales projects. You will also analyze our markets and technologies, create marketing and sales materials, and support sales activities related to events.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in planning, coordination, and documentation of sales projects
  • Analyze markets and technologies to identify new business opportunities
  • Create marketing and sales materials to support sales efforts
  • Support sales activities related to events, such as trade shows and product launches
  • Process and manage customer information and feedback
Requirements
  • Student of Business Administration or a similar field
  • Practical experience in marketing or sales
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Conscientious and persistent in working on routine tasks and exciting special projects
  • Fun working in a team and great communicator
  • Self-reliant and great at organizing yourself
  • Sound knowledge of written and spoken German and English
