Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our Client Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication between our warehouse and clients, and providing expert support in customs clearance and export documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our warehouse team, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide expert support in customs clearance and export documentation, including import and export declarations, transit documents, and classification of goods.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Support our clients in the field of import and export, handling various customs documents and providing related Origin Documentation.
- At least MBO level education and/or equivalent work experience in a related position.
- Demonstrable experience in customs matters, customs clearance, and export documentation.
- Excellent command of the English language, with Dutch language skills a plus.
- Experience in logistics, particularly in the fashion industry, is an advantage.
- Affinity with warehouse processes and a strong understanding of customs regulations.
- Enthusiasm, proactivity, decisiveness, social skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
