Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service department, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our customers, ensuring seamless logistics processes, and providing expert support in customs clearance and export compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Coordinate logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Provide expert guidance on customs clearance and export compliance, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, ensuring our services remain competitive and compliant
Requirements
  • Minimum MBO level education and/or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrable experience in customs matters, customs clearance, and export documentation
  • Excellent command of English language, with Dutch language a plus
  • Experience in logistics, particularly in the fashion industry, is an advantage
  • Affinity with warehouse processes and a strong understanding of supply chain management
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and decisive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
