Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary: Wir suchen einen erfahrenden Relationship Manager, der sich auf die Betreuung großer Unternehmen im Bereich Corporate und Investment Banking spezialisiert hat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung großer Unternehmen (DAX / ATX / Multinationals) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Banker und den Produkt- und Sektorspezialisten
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse, sowie aktive Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Kundenverbindungen innerhalb der global tätigen Crédit Agricole Gruppe
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Produkteinheiten und Fachabteilungen innerhalb der Crédit Agricole CIB für die Konzeption/Erarbeitung von Transaktionen (bspw. Akquisitionsfinanzierungen, Capital Markets Transaktionen, Investment Banking, Transaction Banking und Strukturierte Finanzierungen)
  • Globale Koordination der unterschiedlichen Produkteinheiten und Fachabteilungen, mit den internationalen Vertriebseinheiten sowie den Schwestergesellschaften aus dem Crédit Agricole Konzern
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Unternehmen, einschließlich Erstellung von Financial Models (Modelling)
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Unterlagen für interne und externe Entscheidungsträger und Gremien
  • Analyse von Kunden-, Sektor- und Marktinformationen, um potenzielle Geschäftsansätze zu erarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Ausbildung von Analysten und Associates

Qualifikation:

Mindest-Ausbildungsniveau: Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertig

Akademische Ausbildung / Spezialisierung: Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder mathematisch/naturwissenschaftliches Studium, bevorzugt mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzierung

Mindest-Erfahrungsgrad: 3-5 Jahre

Erfahrung: Sie haben mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung im Banking oder der Beratung mit ausgeprägtem analytischem und numerischen Fähigkeiten sowie ein umfassendes Verständnis von Jahresabschlüssen, Cashflows und Unternehmensbewertung und dem Erstellen von Modellen und Kundenpräsentationen

Erforderliche Kompetenzen: Sie verfügen über vertiefte Kenntnisse über die Kapitalmärkte und das regulatorische Umfeld

IT-Kenntnisse: Ihr Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint ist geübt und souverän

Sprachen: Ihre Sprachkenntnisse sind fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
