Job Overview:

As a Project Manager - Construction Site Lead at AMEOS Gruppe, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project leaders to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project leaders to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Client Representation: Act as the client's representative by overseeing external consultants, engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Project Management: Take on the project management, construction supervision, and on-site construction management of various projects, including contract management, cost control, and invoice verification.
  • Tendering and Contracting: Assist in tendering, awarding, and billing of construction services, including final acceptance, defect rectification, warranty monitoring, and claims management.
  • Planning and Estimation: Prepare cost estimates and planning documents, as well as reviewing external companies' documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Technical Building Services, or a related field, or completed training as a certified construction technician with a focus on building construction.
  • Experience: Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, as well as experience in construction project management of various sizes.
  • Skills: Extensive project control skills, good knowledge in contract negotiation and design, planning and organizational skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, flexibility, and high level of commitment, service orientation, reliability, and effective communication.
