Your Role

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and coordinating the Inside Sales team in all aspects of the Sales process. This includes managing the team's performance, developing individual employees, and ensuring the team can solve day-to-day business challenges.

Molex brings together innovation and technology to deliver electronic solutions to customers worldwide. With a presence in over 40 countries, Molex offers a full suite of solutions and services for various markets, including data communications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle, and medical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Inside Sales team in different locations for various accounts in Germany, reporting to the Sales Director.
  • Develop individual employees to ensure the team can solve day-to-day business challenges.
  • Manage system integration with the team for Sales in Europe to the Molex landscape.
  • Organize communication with the team to all internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Work closely with leaders from program management, finance, and risk management to identify gaps in communication and process.
  • Participate in integration projects to bring in relevant information from Sales.
  • Manage portal access for different customers with the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize, and self-monitor workload.
  • Hands-on team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and solution-oriented.
  • ERP knowledge.
  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
