We are seeking a skilled IT Product Owner to join our team at IONITY, a leading e-mobility company. As an IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for a specific functional domain of our e-Mobility backend system.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for your functional domain.
- Translate product features into detailed technical user stories for agile development teams.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, organizing it into incremental releases.
- Set sprint goals, define acceptance criteria, and write acceptance tests.
- Coordinate with other product owners/managers to ensure integration points across functional domains.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring the smooth progress of work.
- Analyze customer preferences and requests, coordinating development services with external providers.
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or IT Product Owner.
- Experience in Agile/Waterfall project management practices and knowledge of agile principles.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to lead cross-functional development teams.
- Motivated to learn new topics and a creative thinker.
- Genuine interest in the e-mobility industry.
- Prior experience with payment or invoicing processes is a plus.
