IT Product Manager

At IONITY, we are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and operation of our e-Mobility backend system.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, working closely with business stakeholders and product owners.
- Translate product features into technical user stories, suitable for agile development teams.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring incremental releases meet business requirements.
- Set sprint goals, define acceptance criteria, and write acceptance tests.
- Coordinate with other product owners/managers to ensure integration points across functional domains.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring progress and addressing production issues.
- Analyze customer preferences and requests, coordinating development services with external providers.
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Product Owner.
- Experience in project management practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to lead cross-functional development teams.
- Motivated to learn new topics and technologies.
- Smart and creative thinker, with a genuine interest in e-mobility.
- Prior experience with payment or invoicing processes is a plus.
