IT Product Manager

At IONITY, we are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join our team. As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for a certain functional domain of our e-Mobility backend system. Your mission will be to work closely with the business and Product Owners of other functional domains, fully understand the product roadmap, and translate this knowledge into further developing our backend.

  • You will strongly influence the technical roadmap and its further development.
  • You will translate product features into detailed technical user stories suitable for an agile development team to implement.
  • You will create, maintain, and organize the product backlog into incremental releases.
  • You will set sprint goals, define acceptance criteria, and write acceptance tests.
  • You will coordinate with other product owners/managers to identify integration points across the functional domains while ensuring coherence of product and releases.
  • You will lead and participate in all agile ceremonies.
  • You will follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
  • You will analyze preferences and requests of internal customers.
  • You will coordinate development services with external service providers.
Your Profile
  • You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
  • You have 1-3 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager or IT Product Owner.
  • You have experience in Project Management practices – Agile/Waterfall and knowledge of agile processes and principles.
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English.
  • You have the ability to lead a cross-functional development team(s).
  • You are motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • You have a smart mind and creative thinking.
  • You have a genuine interest in the e-mobility industry.
  • Prior experience with payment or invoicing processes is a plus.
