Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Team Manager to join our team in Oldenburg. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the smooth operation of our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of employees and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics tasks
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that logistics operations are meeting targets
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred
