We are a full-service provider for trade shows and point-of-sale marketing. Our comprehensive package includes everything from idea generation to logistics, personnel, and visual representation. As a one-stop-shop, we offer seamless solutions for making products experiential at trade shows and in retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and continuously review trade show itineraries, coordinating personnel and fleet management
- Book external fleet, hotels, and rental cars
- Act as a liaison for installers regarding deployment planning and partner management (coordinating external installers)
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws in logistics processes
- Optimize logistics workflows (organizational and IT)
- Handle back-office tasks
- Completed education in a commercial or logistics field (e.g., freight forwarding, logistics management)
- First work experience in logistics and office organization; experience with process documentation and optimization is ideal
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Structured and team-oriented work approach
- A modern, well-equipped workspace in a small team
- An interesting and diverse task
- Above-average compensation with various benefits (fuel card, internet allowance, company events, bonuses, etc.) and flexible working hours
- Expenses, possibly hotel accommodation, are naturally covered when traveling to the trade show
