What You'll Bring- A successful completed education in the commercial / logistics field, preferably with further training in the dispatch area
- Desirable first work experience in the logistics / office organization area
- Experience with process documentation and process optimization
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Communication and organizational strength
- A high level of motivation and reliability
- Creation and continuous review of event tour planning, as well as coordination of personnel and fleet
- Booking of hotels, rental cars, and external fleet
- Monitoring of compliance with regulations and statutory provisions in logistics processes
- Optimization of logistics processes (organizational, IT)
- Contact person for technicians regarding deployment planning
- Salary according to GVP collective agreement
- Use of the office people shuttle service to and from work possible
