Electrifying Innovation Leader for Power Module Advancements

Our Team

The power module team is a leading force in the power semiconductor industry, recognized for its exceptional capabilities and expertise in the field. With a strong focus on innovation and cutting-edge research, we've established ourselves as pioneers in automotive grade SiC device packaging and application.

We're seeking candidates who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of power module packaging and eager to contribute to our team's groundbreaking work. As an Electrifying Innovation Leader, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of power semiconductors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tracking SiC power module technology trends and defining the power module process technology roadmap;
  • Leading the team to complete pre-research on advanced process technologies and organizing technical cooperation with universities and research institutes;
  • Developing advanced power module processes and outputting process files;
  • SUPPORTING product development teams to finish product development and import to factory for mass production;
  • SUPPORTING mass production process teams to solve major process issues, improve reliability and yield.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics, materials engineering, power electronics, mechanical electronics, or other related fields;
  • More than 8 years of experience in power semiconductor packaging product development or technology research and development;
  • Experience in industry-leading product development and mass production is preferred;
  • Proficient in packaging system design, thermal design, electrical design, and reliability design, with industry-leading professional ability in one aspect;
  • Have successful experience in SiC module development, and those who develop products to achieve mass production status are preferred;
  • Familiar with the overall situation of semiconductor packaging industry and have good interpersonal relationships in industry;
  • Profound knowledge of key packaging processes corresponding equipment, e.g. Die Attach, Wire Bonding, Silver/Copper Sintering, Solder Reflow, Molding or Potting, etc.

  • Good command of English written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent team coordination and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
