ABOUT THE TEAM
The Business Operations department is responsible for running the bank. We focus on business process management, ensuring operations run smoothly. Our mission involves aligning processes with the company's strategic goals, designing and implementing scalable process architectures, and establishing efficient process measurement systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Advise on and support the design and implementation of scalable processes that support our products, empower the organization, and drive Trade Republic's growth.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams and interact with internal stakeholders from all departments, including Product/Engineering, Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Customer Service.
- Drive strategic banking and payments decisions by collecting, preparing, and analyzing information to increase customer conversion and satisfaction.
- Own the banking operations knowledge base, working with tools like Figma, Next matter, and Confluence.
- Own the banking operations incident management framework for technical incidents, responding promptly to issues.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You will develop guidelines and standard operating procedures for all business processes.
- You will understand business requirements for internal processes and define the required infrastructure to support automation.
- You will have a strong understanding of banking and payments in the European landscape.
- You will have strong data analysis capabilities and proficiency in SQL.
- You will interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels and keep your cool under pressure.
- You will focus on results and get things done.
