Product Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Operations Manager to join our Vendor Sales & Operations team at Delivery Hero. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of product operations specialists who serve as the primary point of contact for feature requests, operational issues, and product development updates.
Key responsibilities include defining and implementing operating structures and processes to drive product adoption across markets effectively, developing comprehensive product rollout plans, and project-managing implementation across global markets. You will also maintain regular communication with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of teams for product launches and ensure change management.
Additionally, you will advise product teams on the feasibility of globalization of product capabilities throughout the product development lifecycle, track and analyze core business and product adoption metrics to drive product performance and impact, and identify and address key challenges and improvement opportunities post-launch to drive product improvements.
Qualifications include 6+ years of experience working in web and mobile consumer products as a product/tech specialist, preferably in an e-commerce company, a passion for design excellence, usability, and consumer appeal in products, and good analytical skills to size product opportunities.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills, very pragmatic and agile in handling and leading topics independently, comfortable with a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment, and great communicator with excellent English language skills.
