Job Overview
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist at Scalable GmbH, you will play a crucial role in the architecture, design, and implementation of our IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the architecture, design, and implementation of the IAM solution.
- Connect application systems, directory services, and cloud services to the IAM tool landscape.
- Participate in conceptual workshops for the further development of IAM.
- Act as the technical contact person within the company for IAM-related topics.
- Maintain and expand IAM systems, including corresponding documentation.
Qualifications
- Possess a security-first mindset and adeptly navigate complex software architectures.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in IAM areas such as authentication and authorization.
- Understand industry-standard security concepts and protocols like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, and RBAC.
- Familiarity with information security frameworks, standards, and policies.
- Extensive experience developing high-quality software in modern programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.).
- Experience with third-party IDP integrations.
- Proficiency with IAM solutions (e.g., Auth0, KeyCloak, Okta, Omada).
- Show a keen interest in security topics.
- Exhibit a passion for continuous improvement, technical, and operational excellence.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus.
