About the Job

We are looking for an experienced IAM Security Specialist to join our team. As an IAM Security Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the architecture, design, and implementation of our identity and access management solution. This includes connecting application systems, directory services, and cloud services to our IAM tool landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our IAM solution, including architecture, design, and implementation
  • Connect application systems, directory services, and cloud services to our IAM tool landscape
  • Participate in conceptual workshops for the further development of our IAM solution
  • Act as a technical contact person within the company for IAM-related topics
  • Maintain and expand our IAM systems, including corresponding documentation

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and experience in identity and access management (IAM) areas such as authentication, authorization, etc.
  • Understanding of industry-standard security concepts and protocols like SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, and RBAC
  • Familiarity with information security frameworks, standards, and policies
  • Extensive experience developing high-quality software in modern programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
  • Experience with third-party IDP integrations
  • Proficiency with IAM solutions (e.g. Auth0, KeyCloak, Okta, Omada)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus
