Identity Governance and Administration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) / Saviynt Administrator to manage and optimize our identity management and access governance solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of our Saviynt IGA platform, ensuring robust security controls, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient access management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Saviynt IGA platform, including configuration, policy management, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to define and implement identity governance and access management policies.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to identity and access governance, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Perform regular audits and compliance checks, generating reports and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Support user provisioning, access requests, role management, and access certification processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in identity governance and administration.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Saviynt and IGA processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Saviynt IGA platform and identity governance practices.
  • Strong understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Saviynt, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
