About the Role
Expertise France is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an International Relations Expert. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our research and analysis on China's foreign policy and its implications for Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the production of analyses and publications on China's foreign policy and its impact on Europe
- Develop and propose new research topics and projects
- Animate the dialogue between think tanks and contribute to the networking of French and German researchers
- Strengthen relationships with institutional partners and think tanks in Germany and Europe
- Participate in international conferences organized by our partners
- Contribute to the public debate on China-related issues in Europe
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., international relations, politics, economics, Chinese studies)
- Expertise on China's foreign policy and its implications for Europe
- Strong knowledge of the European institutional environment and its actors
- Fluency in English (CECR C1 level) as the primary working language
- Knowledge of Chinese is an asset
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international relations, think tanks, research institutions, or public institutions
- International experience
- Desirable experience in think tanks or diplomacy
- Proven ability to manage projects and take initiatives
