About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our global Plant Maintenance (CMMS) application at international Fresenius Kabi locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership and Planning:
    • Lead project implementation at international Fresenius Kabi locations
    • Define and schedule project milestones, ensuring timely completion through effective resource management
    • Plan global and local resource requirements, coordinate project resources for timely achievement of milestones
  • Workshops and Coordination:
    • Lead cross-location workshops to develop project plans
    • Prioritize and coordinate implementation activities
    • Manage user requirements, prioritize, and coordinate timely creation of technical solutions with internal and external resources
  • Project Management and Risk Management:
    • Develop and track project plans in global project management software
    • Identify project risks, escalate, and initiate appropriate countermeasures
    • Manage SAP integration projects at Kabi locations
About You
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in IT in manufacturing, maintenance, or similar field
  • Experience in project leadership
  • Familiarity with business process design concepts and principles, focusing on digitalization and Industry 4.0
  • GMP, GAMP, CSV knowledge
  • Ability to lead international, cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization
  • Independent, process-oriented, and proactive work style, combined with excellent conflict and interface management
  • High intercultural competence, excellent assertiveness, and well-developed team skills
  • Ability to analyze and coordinate complex tasks
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; proficiency in German or other languages is an asset
  • Willingness to travel (limited) for workshops at international locations
