Job Title: Head of HSE Offshore

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our HSE efforts in the Offshore sector. As Head of HSE Offshore, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our Offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals to provide expert advice and support to project teams.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential HSE risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement HSE plans and procedures.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure HSE knowledge and skills are up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HSE incidents and near misses.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address HSE deficiencies and non-compliances.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the Offshore sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE strategies and policies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
