We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Coordinator to promote a culture of safety and sustainability within our manufacturing plants worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environment, with experience in developing and implementing HSE standards and processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and improving the HSE management system, ensuring alignment with corporate HSE standards and plant HSE teams
  • Defining HSE standards and requirements for third-party manufacturers
  • Supporting functional management on HSE issues and communication sharing
  • Coordinating HSE activities across all manufacturing plants to improve safety culture
  • Supporting engineering teams on new product design and industrialization projects and developments
  • Performing specialist HSE tasks such as hazardous material evaluation
  • Driving diverse HSE improvement and optimization projects within manufacturing, coordinating with headquarters teams and plant teams
  • Leading the data collection methods for manufacturing plants regarding HSE parameters and reports, including data required for Sustainability reporting
  • Auditing plants to evaluate the implementation of the HSE management system

Requirements include:

  • University degree in Engineering or a similar technical field with Health and Safety Advisor Training
  • Additional environmental qualification desirable
  • At least 2 years of experience in the role of Health, Safety, and Environment specialist in a manufacturing environment
  • High English language proficiency (working language)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Good intercultural awareness
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Logical thinker who relies on data for decision making
