Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing creative campaigns across various social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including concept development, content creation, and campaign measurement.
  • Tactical Campaign Strategies: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement tactical campaign strategies, including budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Influencer Selection and Collaboration: Identify and select suitable influencers for collaborations, ensuring alignment with our clients' goals and brand values.
  • Campaign Evaluation and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Influencer Relations team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Development: Share knowledge and best practices with our team, contributing to the development of our influencer marketing capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital applications, and gaming industry trends.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and measure success using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in common digital project management tools and excellent presentation and moderation skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
