At elopage, we're looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive our expansion in the DACH region and beyond. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales enablement materials and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing B2B/SaaS sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
