Enterprise Sales Team Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Team Lead Enterprise Sales to join our dynamic team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding our sales team to achieve exceptional results in a competitive and rapidly changing market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of seasoned Account Executives to ensure high engagement, continuous sales process improvement, and regional success.
- Provide strategic support in deal design to meet customer goals and deliver exceptional value through our industry-leading people development platform.
- Foster accountability for the effective implementation of the MEDDICC Sales methodology, both in practice and within Dynamics 365.
- Develop territory strategies to broaden our reach and acquire new accounts.
- Create sales playbooks and offer sales enablement support, adhering to SaaS industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to enhance sales funnel performance and report directly to the Managing Director for DACH.
- Proven Sales Leadership: A proven track record of successful sales management experience, leading high-performing teams within an HR L&D enterprise environment.
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to influence management, clients, and teams and build trust, confidence, and long-lasting partnerships.
