About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for identifying new business use cases, developing predictive models, and implementing prototypes. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to present new insights and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and implement predictive models to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work with business stakeholders to present new insights and drive business decisions
  • Embed data-driven decision algorithms in business operations to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD degree in Physics, Statistics, Econometrics, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar analytical context, with a focus on supply chain, customer segmentation, and manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and common BI tools such as Tableau, Celonis, or Power BI
  • Experience with cloud and on-premise storage systems, preferably MS SQL Server, SAP BW, and Azure storage services
  • Advanced programming skills in languages such as Python and R, particularly concerning AI/ML development
  • Familiarity with best practices in data extraction, loading, and transformation
  • Ability to analyze and communicate findings in potential process optimization scenarios
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German
