Account Manager/Sales Specialist

Revvity is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Sales Specialist to lead our sales efforts in Germany, with a focus on North Germany. As part of our team, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory or account list.
Key Responsibilities:- Present Revvity capabilities in the marketplace and provide a first line of contact to our prospective customers.
- Work to increase our market share and represent Revvity in existing accounts.
- Execute a sales plan that is part of the region's and company's strategic objectives.
- Direct growth-oriented activities directed at our current customer base, identification of new targeted accounts, participation in trade shows, and improvement of overall market share and profitability.
- 2- or 3-years sales experience required, or 1 year experience with transferable skills and drive for success.
- Good understanding of our Platforms and Automation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to tailor your style and content depending on the customer base/position.
- Team skills, including sharing positive experiences, success stories, technical know-how, and account knowledge.
- Business & Organization Knowledge, including creating a territory plan, business plan, and plan of key accounts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, preferably in molecular biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry.
- Verbal and written proficiency in German and English.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
