Account Payables Specialist

Amplifon Deutschland GmbH is a leading provider of hearing solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Account Payables Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing, accounting, and booking incoming invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and preparing supplier payments. You will also be the primary contact for suppliers and service providers, ensuring timely and accurate communication. In addition, you will support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and collaborate on process- and project-based tasks. If you have a commercial training, first work experience in accounting, and user knowledge of common accounting software, we encourage you to apply. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and highly motivated team, participate in regular team events, and collaborate with colleagues from our parent company in Milan. We offer an attractive remuneration package, additional benefits, and a permanent employment contract. You will have flexible working hours and the option to work from home. Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing, account assignment, and booking of incoming invoices (direct/indirect suppliers)
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Preparation of supplier payments

  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Collaboration on process- and project-based tasks

Your Profile:

  • Commercial training
  • First work experience in accounting
  • User knowledge of common accounting software (Oracle)
  • Confident use of MS-Office, particularly Excel
  • IFRS/IAS knowledge is an advantage
  • Ambitions to become a chartered accountant (m/f/d) in the future
  • Fluent German and good English skills
