Time Processors for Labor and Equipment

IDS International is seeking a skilled Time Processor for Labor and Equipment to support the Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews accuracy of all approved timesheets and ensures hours are coded per policy.
  • Responsible for uploading all timesheets into the system.
  • Maintains timesheet files and tracks missing timesheets or other information necessary to complete the process.
  • Reviews compensation panels and adjusts labor amounts in the system for Daily Rate Employees, Hourly Employees, and any uplifts.
  • Performs timesheet edit report audits.
  • Reviews the accuracy of employee's two-week compensation, requests, and adjustments and processes the corrections.
  • Handles and researches employee's complaints and discrepancies.
  • Adds new employees, creates groups, and assigns Project Codes to a group.
  • Assigns Delegates and Alternate Supervisors.
  • Unlocks Accounts, resets passwords, and prepares timesheets for a final export.
  • Transfers employees to another organization for time-keeping purposes.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or Foreign Country Equivalent.

Language Requirements:

  • English and German at level 4 proficiency: At this level, an employee is required to possess a high degree of proficiency in both written and spoken English, including the ability to translate the host country language into precise and correct English, and English into the applicable foreign language. On occasion, an employee at this level might be expected to act as an interpreter in situations where considerable importance attaches to proper word meaning.

Computer Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
