About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Business Partner to join our team at Nexperia. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective talent management and HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and their teams to drive people, culture, leadership, and organization initiatives.
  • Own and drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, employee development, and retention.
  • Proactively identify, screen, select, and recruit top talent to join Nexperia.
  • Own, manage, and accurately report workforce planning for assigned businesses.
  • Execute transformation and change within assigned businesses.
  • Leverage metrics and analytics to drive fact-based decisions.
  • Initiate and lead discussions on HR policies and procedures improvement.
  • Stay informed of human resources trends and tendencies and leverage them to benefit the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that reflects Nexperia's values, ethical standards, and culture.
  • Represent site views to the HR Leadership team to develop and deploy global HR programs and policies.
  • Cooperate with the recruitment team to attract top talent for Nexperia.
  • Work closely with Country HR managers to plan and execute organizational change programs.
  • Inventory leadership and soft skills development needs and address them in alignment with the Learning and Development team.
  • Deploy employee and management development, employee engagement programs, culture, and workforce productivity initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, applicable standards, and company policies and guidelines.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a Master's degree in Human Resources Administration or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience. You should have 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience within a Multi-National Company (MNC) and Industrial environment.
