Marketing Manager

MacGregor Black is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our company objectives, focusing on brand development, product launches, and market expansion.
  • Licensing and Partnerships: Oversee licensing agreements and partnerships, ensuring that collaborations are aligned with our brand values and contribute to market growth.
  • Publishing Initiatives: Manage and expand our publishing initiatives, including print and digital content, to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, using this data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximise ROI.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing: Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing and communication channels.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in the toy or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing licensing agreements and publishing projects is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful marketing teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
