Certa Personalmanagement GmbH is currently partnering with a leading provider of energy, water, mobility, telecommunications, leisure & traffic solutions. They are seeking a dedicated Debt Management Employee to join their team in Neumünster.

As a Debt Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments from business customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track outstanding payments within the business customer sector.
  • Provide support in the enforcement process for delinquent accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with lawyers, bailiffs, courts, and customers regarding payment matters.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to debt collection.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes within the debt management department.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a commercial education, ideally with a focus on legal assistance.
  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a structured and meticulous approach to your work.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
