About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our sales and service teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to sales and service teams, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with customers and colleagues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the coordination of sales and service activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and preparing sales materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
