Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Process Expert, der unsere Geschäftsprozesse optimiert und uns dabei hilft, unsere Innovationen voranzutreiben.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstütze bei der Gestaltung und Implementierung standardisierter, durchgängiger und leistungsstarker Geschäftsprozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette für die Prozesse Inbound-to-Outbound (I2O) und/oder Plan-to-Produce (P2X)
  • Arbeite in Projekten zur Geschäftsprozess-Transformation mit, die die Aufnahme von Ist-Prozessen, das Erkennen von Potentialen, die Gestaltung von innovativen Lösungsansätzen und die Umsetzung der Soll-Prozesse umfassen
  • Agiere an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Business und unterstütze die Einführung neuer Prozesse, Systeme und Funktionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellenbereichen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung bzw. Logistik oder weiteren operationsnahen Bereichen
  • Kenntnisse von SAP/R3 (z. B. Modulen WM / MM/ SD/ PP/ QM) sowie eine generelle IT-Affinität
  • Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und zum Thema Digitalisierung
  • Zielgerichtete, konstruktive Arbeitsweise im Team sowie Souveränität im Dialog mit internen Stakeholdern
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
