Senior Business Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Expert to join our team at ZEISS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business process optimization and implementation across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Manage regional business requirements and lead fit-gap analyses for the SAP S/4HANA system
- Provide guidance and steer junior business experts in requirements analysis and business process modeling
- Develop process maps and models to illustrate adapted business processes and drive adaptation towards FIT4 goals
- Design and own test cases, conduct functional end-to-end tests, and support the definition of functional test cases
- Contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region and support the creation of training material
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in business
- In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process
- Proven experience with business requirements management and business processes modeling
- Experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, as well as relevant third-party business systems
- Relevant industry knowledge and excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills
- Ability to build networks and work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
- Business fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel up to 50-70%

The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing on Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility, and Compliance.
