Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager - Accounting Focus to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our office and accounting tasks. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, file and record keeping, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with accounting tasks, including preparation of financial reports, bank statements, and payment processing.
  • Procure and manage office supplies and consumables, and coordinate with service providers.
  • Monitor and control facility management, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Completed administrative training and professional experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, with a high level of proficiency in MS Office programs.
