Job Title: Recruiter - German Language Expert

At Cielo, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - German Language Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent acquisition services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
  • Review candidates who have applied via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and evaluate their qualifications against position requirements.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements.
  • Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Utilize our proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
  • Engage candidates through a mix of media, including phone, email, social media, and more.
  • Articulate the value proposition to candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule, and overall expectations.
  • Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
