Job Description

Cielo Talent is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team in the Berlin region. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent acquisition services to our clients, leveraging your expertise in advanced manufacturing and German language skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing plans to attract top talent in the German market.
  • Source and evaluate candidates using Boolean search techniques and social media tools.
  • Engage with candidates through phone, email, and social media, articulating the value proposition of our clients' companies.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate counter-offers as needed.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong recruiting experience in a corporate or RPO setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates in German and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
