Job Title: Recruiter - German Language Specialist

Cielo is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - German Language Specialist to join our team. As a Recruiter - German Language Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent acquisition services to our clients in the advanced manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
  • Review candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and evaluate their qualifications against position requirements.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements.
  • Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Utilize Cielo's proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
  • Engage candidates through a mix of media, including phone, email, social media, and more.
  • Articulate the value proposition to candidates and prepare them for interviews.
  • Ensure timely updates to candidates regarding the status of their applications and interviews.
  • Assess candidates through phone interviews, skills assessments, and background checks.
  • Influence the hire by keeping candidates engaged and communicating the status of the search.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate counter-offers as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
  • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
