Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise projects from inception to completion.
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and construction authorities.
  • Handle executive documentation, participate in admissions committees, and manage tendering procedures.
  • Monitor development, engineering, and construction documentation activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination.
  • Arrange and lead project meetings to ensure all parties are aligned on project goals and progress.
  • Follow up on the planned budget during the construction phase and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Analyze and report project progress to senior management.
  • Execute control over construction works and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Build strong, cooperative relationships with other departments and stakeholders within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Several years of experience in EPC Turnkey project management within the construction or plant engineering industry, ideally in PV power plants.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ideally Procore.
  • Experience in electrical and/or mechanical engineering and familiarity with the construction industry.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • A team player who is responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
