Learning and Development Professional

About the Role
This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about helping others learn and grow.
As a Learning and Development Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects and teams, supporting the delivery of the L&D EMEA strategy.
You will work closely with the L&D Centre of Excellence to implement Workday and identify appropriate L&D solutions, including management upskilling, development programs, team building, and improving communication.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess developmental needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Identify and implement L&D solutions for continuous professional development at all workforce levels.
- Coach and support line managers to apply effective L&D practices.
- Partner with external providers to create customized developmental content.
- Design and deliver various developmental programs, including e-learning and webinars, tailored to business and individual needs.
- Review and recommend training options through cost/benefit analysis, maintaining measurement and control systems for ROI evidence.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent graduate educated to degree level, preferably in Education, HR, Business, Psychology, Creative Media, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a project at university.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of learning styles and learning methods is desirable.
