Du bist als Senior Art Director für uns der kreative Motor hinter unseren digitalen Kampagnen. Mit deinen Ideen und deiner kreativen Brillianz entwickelst du Arbeiten, die aus der Masse herausragen und Leute berühren. Neben starken Designskills bist du Trendsetter, kennst die relevanten Plattformen von TikTok bis Pinterest und weißt, mit was für Formaten, Trends und Looks man auf diesen für Buzz sorgen kann. Genauso sicher bist du in der Vorbereitung & Begleitung von Shootings & Videodrehs, im Beherrschen der Adobe Suite und im Teamwork. Motion Design Skills sind kein Muss, wären aber super.

Darum Du
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Kreativ/Digital-Agenturen.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Marken, Zielgruppen und Kampagnen.
  • Konzeptionsstärke im Bereich Digital und Social – du wagst dich aber auch an Ideen für Out-of-Home und Live-Events heran.
  • Mut, deine Ideen zu präsentieren und dich für sie stark zu machen.
  • Bock auf modernes Design und die Fähigkeit, Ideen visuell auf den Punkt zu bringen.
  • Flexibilität und Lust, auch mal völlig neu und anders zu denken.
  • Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Junior*innen/Studentischen Aushilfskräften und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
