About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&A Director to lead our transactions team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex M&A projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for transactions, leveraging your expertise in financial analysis, market research, and stakeholder management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, targets, lawyers, accountants, and other external counterparties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A/investment banking, corporate M&A, or private equity, with a proven track record of successful transaction closures.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership qualities, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
What We Offer
  • A highly competitive salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience.
