At Exyte, we're on a mission to shape the future of high-tech markets. As a Purchasing Expert, you'll play a crucial role in driving our success by procuring staffing services for our main organisation in Stuttgart and Europe-wide projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure staffing services for our main organisation in Stuttgart and Europe-wide projects
  • Set up and onboard new suppliers, developing our existing supplier management system
  • Execute tenders and contract negotiations, including framework agreements, service- and work contracts
  • Manage purchase orders, accounts payable, and invoice verification
  • Interface with external personnel departments and internal specialist departments and project managers
What We're Looking For:
  • A commercial apprenticeship, ideally in staffing services
  • Several years of professional experience in the relevant field, preferably in plant engineering
  • Fluency in German and English, with advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • A process-oriented and flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
